Terms of Service

These terms limit what Bull Talk is responsible for. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Bull Talk.

What the app is

Bull Talk is a walkie-talkie. You join a channel, hold to speak, and other people on that channel may hear you. It is not a phone network, not a guaranteed message service, and not a way to reach emergency services. Do not rely on it when a failed or delayed talk could cause harm.

You are responsible for how you use it

You are solely responsible for what you say, who you invite, which channel you join, and whether your use is legal where you are. A channel is shared. Anyone with the code or QR can join and hear what is said. We do not control the people on a channel, and we do not review your voice before it is sent.

If you use Bull Talk in a way that harms someone, breaks the law, or breaks these terms, that use is yours. It is not ours.

What you may not do

You agree not to:

No duty to watch or store what you say

We do not undertake to monitor channels, keep a library of recordings, or step into a dispute between people on a channel. A clip is kept only long enough to try to deliver it. If a talk is missed, delayed, played to the wrong person because they had the code, or never arrives, that is a limit of a live voice channel, not a promise we failed.

The app is provided as it is

Bull Talk is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose, or that every talk will be heard. Voice depends on your phone, your permissions, your connection, and the other people on the channel.

Limit of our responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bull Talk and the people who operate it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or emotional distress, arising out of your use of the app or your inability to use it. This includes anything another person says or does on a channel, anything you say, a missed or late talk, and any misuse of the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for Bull Talk in the twelve months before the claim. If you paid nothing, that limit is zero. Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places, the limit applies as far as the law allows.

You cover claims that come from your use

You will defend and hold harmless Bull Talk and the people who operate it from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that comes from your voice, your channel, your misuse of the app, or your breach of these terms or of the law. This is the point of these terms: if the problem starts with how you used Bull Talk, it stays with you.

We can stop access

We may change, suspend, or stop the app, a channel, or your access at any time, including if we believe these terms are being broken. We do not owe you the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using Bull Talk after an update, the updated terms apply.
