This page says what Bull Talk uses so a live channel can work, and what we do not take on. A shared channel means other people can hear you. We are not responsible for what they do with what they heard.

No account

Bull Talk does not ask for an email, a password, or a sign-up. The app creates a short ID on your phone and can store a display name you choose, so people on a channel know who is speaking. We do not sell that information.

Your voice

When you hold to talk, the app records a short clip and sends it so other people on your channel can play it. Clips are kept only long enough to try to deliver them. Bull Talk is not an archive of what you said, and we do not promise we can recover a clip after it has been delivered or dropped.

Anyone on the channel can hear the clip. Once they have heard it, what they do with it is their responsibility, not ours.

Permissions

The app asks for access only for the feature that needs it:

Microphone — so you can hold to talk.
Camera — so you can scan a channel QR. We do not keep a camera roll.
Bluetooth — so nearby phones can find a channel.
Location — so Speed can measure how fast the phone is moving. The reading stays on the phone and is not sent to the service.
Notifications — so a talk can reach you when the app is in the background, including a push token used to wake the phone.

You can decline a permission. Some parts of the app will not work without it. Without the microphone, you can still listen. You are responsible for the permissions you grant.

What the service needs to run a channel

The service keeps short operational records so a channel can function: who is on it, joins and leaves, and that a clip was sent. Those records are not a saved copy of what you said. We use them to operate the service, not to build a profile of you for sale.

What stays on your phone

Your ID, display name, and onboarding progress stay on the device. A channel code you join is what connects you to everyone else using it. If you share that code, you have chosen to let those people in.

Security

We work to keep the service running. We do not promise that a transmission, a phone, or a channel is immune to interception, loss, or misuse. You use a shared voice channel at your own risk.

Children

Bull Talk is not for children under 13. Do not use it to collect a child’s voice or put a child on a channel.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top changes when we do. If you keep using the app after an update, the updated policy applies.
